We are excited and pleased to announce to the scientific community and the experts in Statistics and Operations Research the celebration of the XLI National Congress on Statistics and Operations Research, as well as the XV Public Statistics Conference, which will take place in the city of Lleida from June 10 to 13, 2025.

The development of new tools and data collection protocols has allowed the potential generation of enourmous amounts of information which, combined with the increased capabilities and computing speed, along with the evolution of programming languages has stimulated the ability to solve higly relevant and complex problems. Consequently, the interpretation of complex results and the improvement of decision-making are essential not only on the field of education, scientific research, public statistics and the business world but in all aspects of life, providing significant benefits to society as a whole. This congress presents itself as an unique opportunity and a forum for scientific and technical exchange, more open than ever to society and business, where academics, researchers and professionals in Statistics and Operations Research can share ideas and experiences in all areas on both disciplines

Phd in Artificial Intelligence

Isaac Lozano graduated with a double degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Engineering from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, where he was awarded the prize for the Best Final Project. Subsequently, he completed a Master in Artificial Intelligence Research (UIMP). His main research interests are focused on the interface between Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Operations Research. Most of his publications deal with the development of metaheuristic procedures for graph modeled optimization problems.
