Teodor holds a degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence Research, and is currently pursuing his PhD, specializing in optimization and metaheuristics.

He worked as a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Statistics at URJC, where he taught subjects in various areas such as Distributed Systems, Statistics, or Informatics and Digital Competence for Teaching.

Previously, he was a Full Stack Developer in the Corporate Applications area at King Juan Carlos University.
